BUSINESS OFFICE MONTHLY SUMMARY - Instructions for Completion

1. VEHICLE SALES - please record the total retail sales (new or used [regardless of age]) for the month.

2. SERVICE CONTRACTS (Extended Warranties) - please record the total number of policies (new or used) sold for the month and the Business Office profit from those sales.

3. CHEMICALS (Protection Packages) - please record the total number of customers (new or used) that were sold full, partial packages or alarm systems etc. and the Business Office profit from those sales.

4. FINANCE CONTRACTS - please record the number of Conditional Sales Contracts (new or used) processed for the month and the total amount of Dealer Reserve paid by the Financial Institution.

5. LEASE CONTRACTS - please record the number of Leases (new or used) processed for the month and the total amount of Dealer Reserve paid by the Leasing Company. For those Business Offices that are paid a FLAT FEE for processing leases, and no reserve is paid by the Leasing Company, record that number in the reserve column.

6. LIFE INSURANCE - please record the total number of life insurance policies (new or used) sold for the month and the Business Office profit from those sales.

7. A&H INSURANCE - please record the total number of A&H insurance policies (new or used) sold for the month and the Business Office profit from those sales.

8. Documentation / Administration Fees / Air Conditioning Tax - Please record the total number of customers that these fees were collected from. Record the total Business Office profit (new & used) for all three items combined.

9. Roy Speed & Ross Program - For those dealers participating in the "Registration Fee Program", please record the total number of customers it was sold to. Record the total Business Office profit from those sales.
*Note: For the dealers that do not participate, please record "0" for both.
